Who can use this form?
- Anyone can send a suggestion or voice a concern using this form.
How are Projects Managed and Decided on?
- This site is to serve as a portal for Project Suggestion, Creation, and Revealing Transparently the project so others may lend energy. There is no Authority that decides what projects can and can not be created, but there is a community here which has their own unique desires and projects, and your project's creation is only a matter of finding the resources and energy needed to complete it.
Flow of Project Creation and Completion
- When a Project is Suggested, a Project Organizer, will work with the suggester to develop the Project.
- First, a refined and complete vision or intention will be created, including desired Completion Date.
- Second, a strategy for facilitating the project will be created, including role recruitment (Project Leader, Point of Contact, Resources Finder, etc).
- Third, a Prioritization will be determined for completing the project based on: Available Resources, Number of Willing Participants and Expected Completion Date harmonized with any other project that is also in development; emphasis on putting energy into projects when the 'season is right' instead of firing off at the hip and creating more obstacles down the road.
- Once a Consensus has been reached the Project will be posted on this site for others to contribute in any way possible; donations, suggestions, concerns, etc.
- Regular meetings and Communication will help with new developments as the Project moves to completion.
What is a Concern?
- A concern is any opinion, observation or idea which may relate to the various projects and activities. For Example, if you notice trash is not being picked up after community events, you can voice that concern or observation.
What happens next?
- If you are Suggesting a Project, the form data will be used to create a Project File in the Project Management Master File. This is a google document which is a central location to organize all the various projects in OPC Aouchtam. A Project Organizer will reach out to you to begin the process of developing the project.
- If you are Voicing a Concern, the concern will be discussed transparently and addressed based on the nature of what is shared. You are more then welcome to voice your opinion, observation or concern to whom ever you choose.
